Concert 'Clássicos de Natal - 12/03/2017', featuring a repertoire of over 10 pieces from various styles and genres. The 'Oficina de Sopros' project performed the song 'A Thousand Years' (Christina Perri), followed by the 'Orquestra Jovem de Matão,' 'Coral Municipal,' 'Coro Frater,' and approximately 200 children from the 'Casa do Pequeno Cidadão' project, who closed the evening with the song 'Bom Natal' (Edson B. de Abrantes). The concert attracted an audience of over 1,200 spectators gathered in the 'Sorema - Sociedade Recreativa Matonense' hall.
In the 'Oficina de Sopros' project, theoretical studies and exercises were conducted using the 'Bona' method in G and F clefs; practical exercises with the piston and slide trombones in Bb and C tunings were carried out, utilizing the 'Amadeu Russo' and 'Rubank Elementary Method' methods.
